Roles & Responsibilities
- Support & Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV with emphasis on Financial Management modules versions NAV 2013 or later.
- NAV support for global customers by email, Skype and GTM Video conference
- Online support/training sessions
- Test functionality developed against business requirements
- Drive quality assurance on client deliveries.
- Configuration of NAV based on client’s business model and consolidation of client data
- Preparation of user guides
- Potential international onsite end user implementation training
Desired Candidate Profile:
- NAV functional consultant with 8-10 years’ experience
- Thorough understanding of accounting in general and in NAV in particular – Account
Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, GL & multi entity accounting.
- Good English communication skills
- Experience supporting users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Accounting background will be a benefit but not mandatory
- Confident presenting topics/solutions for an audience
